Become A Dragon Boat Festival Sponsor

 

There are several levels of event sponsorships available for the 9th Annual Partners In Education Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday July 24, 2010. By becoming a sponsor of this unique and popular event, your company will gain exposure to over 5,000 individuals and families in greater Northwest Ohio.

Each level is outlined below, with more details on the following pages. Increased levels of sponsorship include a complimentary team registration and additional benefits as listed. For Team Participants, boat registration is limited to the first 50 teams!

Presenting Sponsor ~
Financial contribution of $25,000
or a financial contribution of $15,000 and In-Kind goods or services valued at $10,000    

Gold Sponsor ~
Financial contribution of $10,000
or a financial contribution of $4,000 and In-Kind goods or  services valued at $15,000

Silver Sponsor ~
Financial contribution of $ 5,000
or a financial contribution of $2,500 and In-Kind goods or services valued at $7,500

Bronze Sponsor ~
Financial contribution of $2,500
or a financial contribution of $1,000 and In-Kind goods or services valued at $4,000

Team Participation ~
Teams may register for a financial contribution of $2,000

Media Sponsor ~
Financial contribution of $1,000 and In-Kind goods or services valued at $6,000

Corporate Sponsor ~
Financial contribution of $500 (may be given as a contribution toward a specific team)

In-Kind Sponsor ~
Community businesses may contribute In-Kind goods or services in exchange for marketing benefits

PRESENTING SPONSOR BENEFITS

Financial contribution of $25,000 or
Financial contribution of $15,000 and In-Kind goods or services valued at $10,000

     Print Advertising:

  • Logo shown prominently in event title art work
  • Prominent logo placement on all event collateral
  • Two full-page ads (4.25” wide x 7.5” tall) and company profile in the event program
  • Acknowledgment as a sponsor in media ads (print and radio; television as allowed)
  • Name listing in all event press releases
  • Prominent Company/Organization logo placement on event t-shirt

On-Site Advertising:

  • Naming rights for a final race
  • Live media interview opportunity during event
  • Opportunity to display your company’s banner at start and finish lines (banners not provided by Partners)
  • Ongoing acknowledgement as Presenting Sponsor during the event by race announcer
  • Acknowledgement on sponsor boards placed at staging areas, gazebo and hospitality tent
  • Sponsor level signage posted at team tent site

World Wide Web Advertising:

Additional Benefits:

  • Two team registrations, with race equipment and training provided for all participants
  • Twopriority practice session selections provided per team, additional practice available if desired
  • Personal Team Liaison (will check on team during festival, help with check-in process, provide hospitality) 
  • Two waterfront tent sites (10’ x 20’ total), each with a 10’ x 10’ tent and a 6’ table provided
  • Complimentary exhibitor booth in exhibitor area, with 6’ table provided (tent rental available from PIE)
  • Distribution of company products/samples to all racing teams if desired
  • Opportunity to distribute corporate products/samples from team tent site
  • Steersman manual and training provided for team member; as needed
  • Team access to hospitality tent
